<p>The shutterbug has returned.  I am slowly starting to snap pictures of anything and everything again.  :-)</p>
<p>The beefy dish was last night&#8217;s dinner &#8212; Loc lac, a Cambodian beef salad served with a basic red wine vinegarette sauce and Jasmine rice.  I make it frequently as it is delicious (fast becoming one of Paul&#8217;s favorite), healthful, and simple to prepare.</p>
<p>As soon as the blogging bug returns as well, I will share recipes too.  Promise.</p>
